• Court Advocate – the Court Advocate will have at least 2 years experience advocating for court-involved youth, and must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Bachelors Degree or equivalent required. The Court Advocate will maintain a daily presence in the Bronx Courts and will serve as the liaison for all court reporting.

• Youth Development Coordinator – the Youth Development Coordinator will have at least 2 years experience coordinating youth development activities. Bachelors Degree or equivalent required. The Youth Development Coordinator will develop and oversee After School Activities.

• Counselors (3) – Counselors will have at least two years experience providing case management to court-involved youth. Bachelors Degree or equivalent required. Counselors will provide individual case management, monitoring, curfew checks, home visits, referrals, and other support services to participants. One Counselor will serve as the Senior Counselor and will have experience overseeing Case Workers. At least one Counselor will be bilingual, and at least one Counselor will be able to provide gender-specific services to female participants.

• Administrative Assistant – the Administrative Assistant will possess excellent organizational and administrative skills and will be responsible for ensuring accurate record keeping and data tracking. Associates Degree or equivalent required.

• Tutors (3) – 3 part-time Tutors will be hired to provide tutoring and academic support to youth. Tutors will hold a high school diploma and will have had some college experience.

• Youth Leaders (2) – Two part-time Youth Leaders will be chosen from among program graduates who have excelled in the program and who have demonstrated leadership ability.
